The construction of the planned hotel will take place in Porto Heli, (in Sorothi) of the Prefecture of Argolida in the Peloponnese Region and specifically belongs to the Municipality of Ermionida. The plot has a total area of ​​13,833 sq.m. .The plot is located at a distance of about (800) meters from a sandy beach. The hotel will be built in a very developed area like that of Porto Heli, with very good tourist infrastructure and tourists of a higher economic level. More specifically, the area of ​​Porto Heli is a seaside town and homonymous bay in the prefecture of Argolida. It is located in the south of the prefecture, at a distance of 85 km from Nafplio, built in a natural harbor next to the ruins of the ancient state of Fishermen. Porto Heli is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the prefecture of Argolida and has a highly developed tourist infrastructure. It is especially suitable for boat owners as its port has very good infrastructure and large capacity. The designed hotel unit will have a capacity of 36 rooms which are broken down into 16 deluxe double rooms of 25 sq.m. and 20 Junior double suites of 32.5 sq.m. with the possibility of fully developing to accommodate up to 72 people.

As mentioned above all rooms are double and all include in their outdoor area a private exclusive pool on the terrace of each room which is equal in area to the area of ​​the indoor room. Due to the special morphology of the soil of the plot which starts on a descent which reaches a local minimum and then increases and ascends. This natural cavity appears at the specific point of the plot which is also a natural boundary in which the building volumes of the hotel where the rooms are hosted develop on both sides.

 More specifically, in the first group of rooms we find 4 building volumes developed on 3 levels in which 12 deluxe double rooms of the hotel and 4 Junior suites of 32.5 sq.m. which in total are 16 rooms and can accommodate 32 beds. All deluxe double rooms and Junior Suites will have a private private pool to cater to the guests in each room. Opposite the 4 building volumes, 7 building volumes are developed, developed on 4 levels that house 16 junior suites of 32.5 sq.m. each and 4 deluxe double rooms 25 sq.m. . All rooms and deluxe and suites will be luxuriously built and will contain a private pool on their terrace.
